The MRZ series of dust collectors offers a range of sizes featuring low initial cost, efficient, and low maintenance installations. Waste disposal is availabe in disposable plastic bags, standard 55 gallon barrels, or Rotary Air Lock installation.

Filter bags are 100% polyester shakerfelt and designed for high efficiency filtration of fine particles, and are easily removed. Murph-Rodges filter bags feature low air flow resistance and high filtration of a wide variety of waste particles.

A novel system of air deflectors allows the operator to adjust the air flow and amount of waste evenly into the various waste containers.

The rugged Murphy-Rodgers direct drive blowers are powered by 3 HP to 30 HP, D.M.D. 3/60/208-230-460 T.E.F.C., Baldor motors, one of the leading motor manufacturers in the U.S.A.

Murphy-Rodgers compact design results in lower head room requirements and less floor space.

NFPA 664 (Fire Code) 8.2.2.5.1.4 stats that a maximum of 5,000 C.F.M. is the limit allowed for indoor enclosureless dust collectors

NOTE:
NFPA 664 Fire Code 8.2.2.5.1.4 states that enclosureless dust collectors (exposed filter bags) must not exceed 5,000 C.F.M. on indoor installations.

Check with the fire department that governs your locality.

 

Rotary Air Lock & Pneumatic Loader

(Add 66" to Total Overall Height)

The Rotary Air Lock arrangement can be used for dumping directly into a container, or with a Pneumatic Loader to load into a trailer or other receptacle.

A Material Handling Blower transfers the waste material from teh "T" fitting below the Rotary Air Lock into the trailer.
