SILENCE THE NOISE CAUSED BY THE RUSH OF HIGH SPEED
AIR THAT IS PRESENT IN MOST DUST COLLETION SYSTEMS.
These Silencers are constructed with a solid steel outside shell and a perforated steel inside shell, with the area between packed with a fiberglass material. Pre-drilled flange rings or round stubs are attached to each end for ease of fastening to the duct work, or fan outlet as required.
The size of the silencer selected should be at least one size larger than the fan size to which it is attached. In other words, a 17" Silencer should be selected for a 15" fan.
